01 — Seller’s Consultation

Through an initial Seller’s Consultation, we’ll be able to clearly outline your goals for the sale of your house. We’ll cover my proven process for getting your home priced correctly & ready to list using my in-depth knowledge of the local market.

02 — Pre-Listing Prep

Before listing your house, we’ll create a custom plan for your unique home & overall goals. Every plan is slightly different, but most include some initial decluttering, deep cleaning & styling to get ready for professional photographs. 03 — Listing Day & Offers

A lot leads up to this day, and there’s still a lot to do to ensure we get to the closing table, but that’s where my experience & clear communication streamline the process for you. I’ll handle scheduling the showings, open houses and organizing the offer presentations. Once we’re under contract, I’ll be negotiating on your behalf and guiding you through contingency periods, if any.

04 — Happy Closing Day

Congrats! You’ve made it to the closing table! My number one goal is to make sure that you feel confident in your decisions & informed at every step of the process. And it’s important to note, that our relationship that’s formed in our first deal together goes beyond that first closing day.
